Under the liberalised policy, the tool manufacturer stands completely exposed to competetion from all over the world. The very fact that he stands up to it is a measure for his ability to produce quality tool suited to native conditions. Close interaction between the user and the manufacturer is the need for the day for continous improvements so that we can prosper together. Let us work towards this common endeavour. It is time for celebrations.
